This is crunchy, a good snack for the home and parties. If they are too plain feel free to add some dessicated coconut or some other nut to them. This can be made in 2 hours.
INGREDIENTS
1. 75g or 1/3 cup butter.2. 75g or 1/3 sugar
3. 1egg
4. 3 table spoon of milk
5. 1/2 table spoon baking soda
6. 225g/ 2cups plain flour
7. 25g or 1/4 Cup Cocoa powder
8. 1table spoon Vanilla flavour

DIRECTIONS
1. Cream the butter and sugar
2. Beat the egg
3. Stir in the dry ingredients alternating with
the egg
4. Mix with your fingers in the bowl
5. Put the milk and Vanilla essence
6. Knead until it comes together.
7. Wrap in a foil and put in the fridge for 1hr.
8. Roll out on a lightly floured surface and cut
out into shapes
9. Arrange on a tray line wax paper and
bake moderate heat for 35minutes.
